Lucy, not voting is not the answer. Voting is apart of our responsibility as Americans. By not voting you are silencing yourself and your opinions, don't quit! speak your peace and make it count….

be lucky you live in a free country like the U.S.A. not one that makes those decisions for you! …you really should consider voting, even if its for the candidate that think is going to do less damage to our situation.

Senator McCain…
Your flip flop politics and your knowlege or “lack there of” has really hurt you as a candidate for president of the most powerful country on earth. My vote WAS for you at the begining of this election. Now that we are this far into it, your tacticts are humilating to you and your party. The mudd slinging and the low blows with the “race & terrorist card” are outragous, not to mention the lies. It is obvious that when you are down you get desperate, so desperate that you and your camp call Senator Obama (an ELECTED official) a terrorist…..Sir you are infact calling the majority of AMERICANS who elected him in office… “terrorist supporters”……That is REDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! you should be ashamed of yourself and your campaigne. It is VERY obvious that you throw the word terrorist around just to get a vote… NOT because you think its true. Now I have seen first hand the rasizm comming from your supporters and I dont like it and niether should you..JOHN MCCAIN ….SPEAK UP!!!!!!!!! about this fact, ” I bet you wont”…sir you are considered a war hero by many Americans including myself…., but as a politician…sir you are no hero, you are vindictive in the way you run your campaigne, and I cannot trust you to run the most powerful country on earth in that manner.
Now… I know that Obama is no saint….who is? But I do know that if there was a rediculous claim against you or your involvments with others (like yours against him) comming from the Obama's camp…he would have the said something about it ! and I doubt it wouldve been in favor of the comment. Sir.. I look at the facts of who can pull us out of this rutt we are in, with the conduct of a commander and chief and try to determine who is the better man for the job…not who wins the mudd slinging contest or who can dig up the most dirt on the other candidate. If you wouldve focused on the needs of us AMERICANS, you wouldve had the votes from myself and many other Americans. I will NOT stand for a candidate who will do and say anything to get a vote. It is obvious you are out of touch with the “so called Suffering JOE THE PLUMBER” , when you are trying to bail out “Wall Street” who put us in this mess in the first place, I could care less about them because they could care less about me “the small business man”. With your RICH life style, you couldnt possibly know what its like to walk in my shoes in times like these, and you couldnt be further out of touch with the problems we face. It's a no brainer vote for me and my fellow small business men/women. You are for the RICH and I'm not one of them, if JOE THE PLUMBER can afford to buy an established company making $250,000 a year, when most Americans like myself are choosing between Mortgage and FOOD for their kids, You and Joe the Plumber shouldnt paint a redicualous picture that he is some how suffering ….Please do AMERICA a favor and STEP DOWN! and just enjoy whats left of your golden years, with your medical file being 100's of pages long and you not disclosing them to the AMERICAN people……makes me wonder “what are you hiding?” or if you should be more concerned with you deteriorating health. I want change and you didnt offer it, therefore my vote has changed from you to OBAMA……and please stop reffering to us AMERICANS who are voting for a fellow AMERICAN as terrorist supporters. Desperate acts by a desperate politician. You sir are the dangerous one…….. and I could not imagine you making office and dieing of old age and Palin running this country……..I am ALL for a woman running this country .. just not a woman like Palin, But thats a whole new topic.

You'd had my vote all the way untill now, This bailout it's hurting you badly in the election. I personally don't care what happens to Wall Street! They got into this mess let them get out of it on their own! I thought you really wanted to be our next president! Rest assured I'm not voting for Obama either! NOT VOTING PERIOD!

I would like to suggest that Congress enact a law that when candidates run for office that they be given only two weeks before Election Time to advertise Oftentimes , it becomes annoying to see constantly on TV political ads and all the ads do is bash one candidate against the other. This goes for local , state as well as national campaigns.One week be given to one candidate and one week be given to the other candidate running for office.. In these two weeks the candidates must state their plans as to how they intend to correct or change the current situations in the economy, foreign affairs, education, health etc. Each night dedicated to one issue. Their time should be limited also on TV. and at the end of each week a reminder should be given to the public as to the date of the election. The ads on TV just add to confusion , hurt feelings, and do no good for the country. I feel issues should be addressed in depth one at a time. I feel it would also save on monies collected to advertise .What should be advertised is the candidate's week and the issue he will address on a particular evening.
I also feel that a web site should be established and publicized . where the ordinary citizen can e-mail the President of the United States with their concerns , their praises, their suggestions and also their complaints. I suggest too that replies be given.
These are just some thoughts of an ordinary citizen and taxpayer.

Question for either candidate. I know there are more very important issues than this one, but can either one of you get a now civilian back into the military after being discharges, not can you you WILL you, our countries defense should be number one and primarily thats what I want to to do so who do I have to call to make that happen
